By creating an account or using Projectopia World, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may create, publish, and share projects and social content. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Projectopia World a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish anything you upload.

Do not harass others, impersonate people, exploit minors, publish illegal or infringing material, expose private information, evade moderation, interfere with the service, automate access without permission, or attempt to compromise another account or our systems.

We may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect players, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Projectopia World is provided as available. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Projectopia World is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of Projectopia World. We may update them as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
